**Who are we?**
**We are Swingers - the crazy golf club** and we are on the search for an **Events Coordinator **to join our amazing team
We have two incredible venues that combine crazy golf, street food and cocktails, what’s not to love? Both venues have fun nine-hole crazy golf courses, private hire areas, four different street food vendors and high-quality cocktail bars Our West End venue has recently gone through a very exciting expansion including a third golf course, beautiful roof terrace, private hire space and new bars and kitchens.
**In short, what will I be doing?**
- Managing events and ensure all information is compiled into the bookings systems
- Working and meeting with clients to finalise their event and to ensure a smooth process
- Maximising sales opportunities and up
- selling clients in food, drink, food, extras
- Identifying key customers and contacts for Swingers to build relationships with to drive repeat bookings and brand-new business
- Collating feedback from after events and potentially offering solutions to resolve problems in a timely manner
- Always communicating to the highest standards with customers and colleagues to ensure the fantastic delivery of customer service which Swingers prides itself on
**So, what are we looking for?**
- Someone who loves hospitality as much as we do and has the desire to work in a fast-paced environment
- An enthusiastic and positive individual who has the ability to build trusting relationships with others and work as part of a team
- Excellent customer service skills, superior interpersonal skills, results-oriented and highly self-motivated
- Knowledge of meeting space capacities and versatility pertaining to venue capabilities and health and safety procedures and terminology
- Food and beverage knowledge is an asset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication
