Our approach to programming is learner-centred; outward-facing and iterative, informed by principles that embed access and equity and digital thinking and practice. Where strategic, programmes amplify activity to achieve local, national and international impact and reach through partnerships and advocacy.
The Young People’s programme at the V&A offers young people information, advice, events, hands-on experiences, and insight into the museum as well as a broad range of careers in the creative sector. We offer fresh and new ways to learn about and enjoy the V&A collection, centring young people’s experiences and interests.
The post holder will be responsible for developing and delivering activities which broaden the diversity of young people engaging with the Museum. They will support the Senior Producer(s) including where relevant planning, preparation and delivery of the programme. The portfolio of the young people’s programme includes large scale events, workshops, talks, courses, online events, digital content, youth groups and drop in activities.
