Claims Handler

**We currently have 2 part time positions available and can be flexible on the working patterns for both**:
**12 month fixed term contract working 30 hours per week**

**6 month fixed term contract working 28 hours per week**

Our health payment plans allow our customers to proactively manage their everyday health by attending appointments with clinical professionals such as Dentists, Opticians, Physiotherapists and Chiropractors. Customers can claim back the cost of these appointments through their plan and this is where you come in......

As a Claim Handler here at Simplyhealth your role is vital to our business, you'll be working through claims that come into us via our online customer portal or written claims forms in the post. You'll use the training we provide to validate these claims, ensuring that each claim meets the criteria of our terms and conditions and that payment can be made directly back to the customers bank account. There will of course be times where the claims don't quite meet the criteria and your keen eye for detail will ensure these are flagged and sent back to the customer to explain why.

**Please note this role will be predominantly home based in line with our new ‘smart working’ approach; there may be a requirement to attend ad-hoc meetings at our Hampshire head office**

We're looking for people with previous administration experience who have excellent attention detail, are well organised, self motivated and share our passion for health and wellbeing.

You’ll receive a competitive basic salary plus benefits including:

- Group annual bonus (discretionary) up to 5% of annual salary
