Head Bartender

Thank you for your interest in joining the YNot & The Grove team as our Head Bartender We are a vibrant, fast-paced establishment located at Meadow Lane in Thurso, KW1 8ER. As the Head Bartender, you will be responsible for leading our bar team, creating innovative cocktails, and ensuring top-notch customer service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and supervise the bar staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Develop new and exciting cocktail recipes to keep our menu fresh and enticing
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service and build relationships with regular patrons
- Ensure that all beverages are prepared and served according to company standards
- Oversee the cleanliness and organization of the bar area

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a bartender in a high-volume establishment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Extensive knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and wine
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
