**The Role**

As a Junior Marketing Assistant (Sales Team), you’ll be on the front line, promoting and selling our clients' products and services face-to-face. Just like in sports, success in this role requires focus, determination, and the ability to adapt quickly. You’ll interact with customers where they live, shop, and work, which could include retail stores, residential areas, business districts, or event spaces—depending on the campaign.

**Key Responsibilities**

Engage & Compete: Approach and interact with customers in a dynamic and engaging manner, just like strategizing in a game. Your goal? To win their attention and interest.

Product Knowledge: Know the ins and outs of what you’re selling. The best players study the game—so you’ll learn about our products’ features, benefits, and unique selling points.

Sales Performance: Just like any sports competition, you’ll be working towards targets. Deliver high-energy sales presentations, overcome objections, and close deals like a pro.

Winning Mentality: Drive sales by upselling and cross-selling, seizing every opportunity to maximize results. The more you put in, the more you get out.

Pay: From £600.00 per week
