**Contract: Fixed Term for up to 12 months (Maternity cover)**

**Salary Range: £58,636 - £65,151 (plus £3,344 Inner London Weighting, if applicable) per annum**

**_Can you provide bold and strategic leadership for our Insight and Analytics function, overseeing activities across the directorate? At the British Red Cross, we’re looking for an analytical expert who can advance our fundraising strategy to help us meet our growth objectives._**
**A day in the life of our Head of Insight and Analytics**
Your primary objective will be to create and implement a vision and strategy for the newly created Data & Insight function, that is aligned to the new operating model across the Marketing & Fundraising directorate.
You’ll be responsible for all insight and analysis to drive the Marketing & Fundraising directorate. You’ll champion the use of insight to drive decision making and help create a single source of truth through truly integrating our insight and analytics resources. Ultimately, you will help lead the delivery of our priority fundraising and marketing goals.
You’ll confidentially collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders throughout the Marketing & Fundraising Directorate and beyond.
Directing a high-performing team of specialists your expertise will build a culture of open collaboration. Within your team you’ll develop skillsets and capabilities which guarantee growth. You’ll ensure the team has the resources and expertise needed to deliver and exceed our ambitious growth targets.
Your expertise and endeavour will ultimately shape and move our marketing and fundraising innovation strategy forward.
**This role might be for you if**
- You have significant experience of delivering data analytics and insights.
- You have a continuous learning mindset to stay updated with emerging tools and techniques in digital, data and analytics.
- You can demonstrate effective team leadership / management experience and experience of building relationships of trust, working collaboratively and in close partnership with internal stakeholders to deliver joint outcomes.
- You have good knowledge of fundraising and marketing.
- You display strong influencing skills including persuasive speaking and presentation skills and writing skills.
- You can think strategically and have proven experience of strategy development and implementation at a business unit or organisation level.
