As our community has grown, Founders Forum has built a family of companies to support the needs of entrepreneurs at every stage of their journey. These businesses cover advisory, executive search, diversity and inclusion, venture creation, investment, education, giving and more.

We are looking for a Head of Insights to join the Founders Forum community team, reporting into the CEO, to design and drive Founders Forum’s digital product set and insights. In this role, you will be responsible for staying abreast of new trends and cutting edge technology, to put together inspirational digital content, engaging with our community and curating data-driven insights.

We are looking for someone who is highly entrepreneurial who is eager to build products and has excellent research and data skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop the Founders Forum digital content and insights product set and business model
- Design and drive the insights strategy, creating a commercial product set - from podcasts, to flagship reports, to community-driven data - to engage with our community and wider network 365
- Thought leadership - Create and analyse data sets to produce written insights, presentations and participate in discussions
- Partner with the Head of Marketing to produce content for our newsletter, and manage the private community members-only newsletter end to end.
- Partner with the sales team to monetize the digital content product set, generate new leads, progress existing leads and manage the sponsorship deliverables to a high quality.
- Work with the community team to integrate insights into the event content offering, obtain speaker interviews and to develop new research propositions based on intelligence gathered at events. Be responsible for capturing the event outputs for dissemination.
- Primary research - Partner with the community team to develop the content offering, obtain speaker interviews and to develop new research propositions based on intelligence gathered at events; conduct interviews with industry contacts. - Secondary research - using a range of secondary sources to support primary research to build on Insights
- Building base data - Use primary and secondary research to build credible base data; ensuring sufficient coverage of market players and reviewing data partners to support with filling gaps and to assess the data-driven insights that are possible.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year experience in written content creation
- Exceptional research skills
- Knowledge and background in the tech and/or startup ecosystem highly desirable
- Entrepreneurial drive - highly motivated and able to think creatively
- Right to work in the UK
