The ONE Group are delighted to be partnering with a nationwide logistics organisation, who are looking to appoint a new Senior Finance Business Partner. This role will play a fundamental role on one of their largest sites, where you will provide insightsand business partnering that will improve efficiency and performance.

Working closely with stakeholders from various departments, including finance, IT, Operations and Senior Leadership; you'll be in a position to make a real impact and help influence the site and in turn the success of the wider business.

**What you'll get involved with?**
- Budgeting and forecasting plans, both rolling and future forecasts
- Balance sheet and P&L analysis
- Provide key insights on
- KPIs
- Performance
- Margin and efficiency improvements
- Cost centre analysis
- Supporting audit information
- Business Partnering Operations Management team
- Look at additional financedeliverables:

- Due diligence work
- Modelling
- Pricing and tender analysis, reporting and modelling
- Expenditure analysis, including CapEx and work with stakeholders to ensure that projects and delivered on time and to budget

**What About You?**
- You'll be a qualified Accountant
- You'll have proven experience working in FMCG Environment; Distribution, Logistics, Manufacturing etc
- You'll have proven business partnering experience, preferably with operational stakeholders
- You'll have excellent communication skills
- You'll need to be comfortable and able to be on site full time
