**The Role**

We are looking for a Senior Strategist who is passionate about what our platform is creating.

You will have experience working in a strategic function as part of a social agency or in-house team and have knowledge around the entire social content ecosystem, including what value it brings to a brand.

You will lead a team of Social Strategists, working across a number of brands and social platforms, maximizing the potential for clients to be noticed. You will report to the Head of Strategy, giving you full ownership over multiple projects at a time.

If you are experienced with strategy in a media/social content setting and are passionate about evolving brands’ digital presence, Cowshed could be a great fit for you

**What you’ll be doing**
- Lead a team of social strategists working across multiple brands, including being an integral part of growing this team out
- Use your extensive strategic knowledge to identify actionable insights and conclusions for clients
- Confidently create strong, professional relationships with clients, working closely with them throughout the end-to-end process
- Interpret data to lead your strategic decisions and directions across multiple projects on the platform

**What you’ll bring to the role**
- 5+ years’ experience creating marketing strategies on media/social-related marketing campaigns
- Able to lead and manage a team working on multiple projects whilst still maintaining accountability for your own
- Excellent communicator as will need to create strong professional relationships
- Passionate and knowledgeable about the industry
