Role Summary Lead a cross‑functional POD that aligns strategy and execution around clear growth goals, delivering data‑driven paid media strategy, creative and client success. Responsibilities Deliver measurable client growth through data‑driven paid media strategy, campaign execution, and cross‑team leadership. Set and manage client growth roadmaps tied to revenue and acquisition KPIs. Lead a cross‑functional POD (media buyers, creatives, and account managers). Ensure alignment across media, creative, & client success teams. Deliver measurable revenue growth and strong client outcomes. Support client retention and cross‑service upsells. Develop comprehensive 12‑month growth roadmaps, aligning creative, performance, & financial goals. Use Growth Xcelerator to set ambitious, data‑backed KPIs for revenue growth & customer acquisition. Conduct in‑depth market research & competitive analysis to identify high‑potential growth opportunities. Review & adapt strategies based on performance data and client goals. Use platforms like Shopify, Triple Whale & ad account analytics to monitor performance, identify trends & make real‑time optimisations. Transform raw data into actionable insights, guiding creative adjustments & media strategy refinements. Assess health of client accounts, ensuring ROAS, CAC, LTV targets are met or exceeded. Build strong, trust‑based client relationships; present data‑backed insights & growth recommendations. Provide regular performance updates and help clients connect tactics to long‑term growth goals. Partner with creatives to develop conversion‑focused campaigns aligned with strategic goals. Use data to refine creative direction, ensuring each asset drives measurable results. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience managing paid media campaigns on Meta or Google. Deep understanding of acquisition channels, landing pages, e‑commerce best practices & growth levers. Proven track record in producing accurate forecasts & data‑driven strategies. Strong grasp of creative ideation, data‑backed execution & performance analysis. Clear, confident communication; able to simplify complex ideas. Experience leading cross‑functional teams, aligning creative & media strategies for maximum impact. High proficiency in Shopify, Triple Whale & other e‑commerce analytics tools. Mindset Ownership mentality – win or learn, never blame. Proactive, solutions‑driven & resilient under pressure. Attention to detail. Strong relationship‑building & communication skills. Self‑manage priorities in a fast‑paced agency environment. Success Path 6 months – consistently driving profitable growth for client accounts, building strong POD relationships, developing repeatable workflows. 12 months – trusted with high‑value clients, known for strategic impact and growth results, potential to step up to Senior Growth Strategist. 24 months – recognised as key leader in growth strategy, managing largest & most complex accounts, potential to advance to Lead Growth Strategist or Head of Growth Strategy.
