Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Philanthropy Manager to join our team. As the Philanthropy Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to cultivate relationships with donors and secure funding for our organization. Your role will involve fundraising, public relations, and relationship management to support our mission and goals.

**Duties**:

- Develop and execute fundraising strategies to meet annual revenue goals
- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential donors, including individuals, corporations, and foundations
- Create compelling fundraising campaigns and materials to engage donors and increase donations
- Utilize Raiser's Edge software or similar platforms to manage donor information, track donations, and generate reports
- Plan and coordinate fundraising events, including donor appreciation events and galas
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective communication materials for donor outreach
- Provide exceptional customer service to donors, ensuring their needs are met and their contributions are acknowledged
- Conduct market research to identify new funding opportunities and stay updated on philanthropic trends

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Nonprofit Management, Business Administration)
- Proven experience in fundraising or philanthropy management
- Strong knowledge of fundraising techniques, donor cultivation strategies, and grant writing
- Familiarity with Raiser's Edge software or similar donor management systems
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to meet fundraising targets and drive results
