**Repairs Advisor - Customer Service**

(in some businesses this role would be called Customer Service Representative)

**12-Month Fixed Term Contract**

**37 hours per week, Monday Frid**ay,**based at our offices on Preston Docks**

**£25,531.28 per annum**

**What will you be doing in this role?**

**What we are looking for in you**:

- Significant experience of working in a customer service role, ideally over the telephone
- Fantastic IT skills, specifically comfortable using core Microsoft products (Outlook, Word, Excel) with the ability to quickly learn our in-house systems with training and support
- Great written and verbal communication abilities, with an empathetic approach when interacting with customers
- Ability to carry out basic fault finding over the phone through effective questioning and prompts

**It would be great if you also had**:

- Experience of planning and scheduling work
- A basic understanding of household repairs and maintenance, e.g. how to top up boiler pressure
- Experience of working in the social housing sector

**Working arrangements**:
This role is based at our gorgeous and modern dock-front offices in Preston.
