As a Customer Services Advisor you’ll be instrumental in guiding people on their journey to become patients at Care Fertility.
People will call in with queries, looking for information; they want to know more about who we are and what we offer. That’s where you come in, you’ll talk to them about treatments, what they involve, how long they take, what the process is, how much they cost and arrange their appointments at a time to suit them best - you will make their journey as simple and stress free as possible.
You’ll have some enjoyable conversations with some great people as you help them from enquiry stage through to their first appointment. You will also assist with the onboarding process for our newest IVF packages Carepay, exclusively available to our patients.
We’re not a call centre and you won’t be making any cold calls; you’ll answer inbound calls and you’ll reach out to people who have contacted us via our website. You’ll be hugely supported in this role by a really great team of people who all have the same ambition to deliver the very best standard of customer care.

**About you**
You’re a customer service professional, with a passion for service delivery - you go above and beyond for your customers and colleagues every time.
You’ll probably have worked in a sales-through-service environment before, this way you’ll understand how to guide people through a conversation in the right way.
This is the role for you if you’re kind, empathetic, understanding, patient and love to help others. You’ll get great satisfaction from knowing you’ve really helped to make a difference in people’s lives.
You understand the need for attention to detail and accuracy because you know the importance of getting things right first time - and the consequences of not getting it right are.
**Location/Benefits**
**There’s a comprehensive training scheme in place lasting around a month which will be based at our Northampton Clinic (NN1 5BT). **After that, it’s a remote role where you’ll predominantly work from home, there will be an occasionally need to visit clinics for meetings etc. so you’ll need to be comfortable with travelling.
Working 8hrs a day on a rota between 08:00-18:00, Mon-Sat (working approx 1 Saturday in 6).
