The UK Marketing team is responsible for building our active client base and brand equity, by designing and executing a localised strategy with a suite of channels and programs, with a focus on balancing retention, conversion and acquisition.
THE ROLE
As an Acquisition Lead on the UK Marketing team, you will be responsible for integrated, multi-channel acquisition strategy and execution for the UK, inclusive of managing Paid Social & Paid Search campaigns and Partnerships & Affiliate strategy. You will own the execution of evergreen and seasonal campaigns, the launch of new service offerings, as well as play a key role in the strategy and execution of a rigorous calendar of experiments to determine scalable drivers of business impact based on causality.You will work with the UK Director of Marketing in developing a diversification strategy across channels with a view to both build our brand and drive our sales targets.
Based in London, you will collaborate with UK colleagues in the marketing and other departments (including Retention, Insights, Organic Social, Creative, PR, Merchandising, Styling & CX, Product Management & Tech), as well as peers in the US.

- Develop a thorough understanding of the Stitch Fix UK client experience and proactively propose and test new ways to enhance acquisition marketing, ensuring the right client is getting the right message at the right time
- In partnership with the Marketing Director, UK, you will develop marketing strategies with a particular focus on acquisition, executing, measuring, and delivering on acquisition targets across a variety of channels, taking into account the need for diversification, audience segmentation and combining brand building and sales driving
- Own the campaign planning, launch, and ongoing management/optimization of Paid Social and Paid Search campaigns (including but not limited to Facebook/Instagram/Google), researching and evaluating new opportunities, recommending and launching experiments, and optimizing constantly for the best possible CPA; direct our agencies where available to ensure we hit our targets
- Proactively measure acquisition performance and own consolidated reporting of UK marketing results, on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
- Employ a data-backed approach to decision making & campaign management; regularly extract channel insights and transform them into actionable changes that will drive channel optimization to hit payback goals.
- Partner closely with the in-house UK creative team to develop, test, and continuously optimize the channel creative strategy across video, image, and copy based assets.
- Collaborate with US marketing counterparts and cross-functional partners to share learnings and findings and implement global campaigns focussed on acquisition
WE’RE EXCITED ABOUT YOU BECAUSE YOU...
- You have a B.A. with 6-8 years of B2C Marketing experience including online and offline acquisition channels and brand marketing, with 3+ years dedicated to paid social campaigns management, at-scale. Experience in fashion, retail and/or e-commerce is strongly preferred.
- You have experience with day-to-day management of Paid Social and Search with Meta and Google platform. Experience partnering with agencies is a plus.
- You’re a builder, optimizer and an executor, demonstrating the ability to manage campaigns at scale, while always seeking to optimize bidding/targeting/audience/creative strategies. You have a successful track-record of developing marketing strategies with a particular focus on multi-channel acquisition diversification, working within small budgets and thinking ‘outside the box’.
- You possess deep understanding of the local UK market and UK consumer mindset, and are dedicated to creating high quality consumer experiences
