You’ll play a key role in supporting the Buyer with everything from sales analysis to supplier coordination, ensuring our cake range delights customers and drives performance.** What you’ll be doing**:

- Supporting the Buyer with **daily sales tracking, performance analysis**, and **competitor research**
- Keeping admin up to date**:line listings, cost and retail changes**, and **supplier communications**
- Resolving **store and supplier queries** with professionalism and speed
- Managing **internal and external invoices & funding**, ensuring accuracy and timely reconciliation
- Contributing to the **day-to-day trading** of the category and spotting opportunities to improve

- A keen eye for detail and a love of getting things right
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks
- Confidence working with data and spreadsheets (Excel skills are a plus)
- A collaborative mindset and great communication skills
- Enthusiasm to learn, grow, and make a real impact
