**About the Role**
- Assisting with ensuring the bar is prepared for each service, keeping the bar area and storage clean and tidy
- Have a good working relationship with your colleagues and all other departments maintaining high levels of communication, team work and respect
- Assist with daily duties required for the productive running of the bar
- Provide excellent guest service.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Assisting with ensuring the bar is prepared for each service keeping the bar area and storage clean and tidy.
- Ensure all staff work in a responsible way.
- Have a working knowledge of financial implications of decisions made with purchasing and use of stock.
- Have a good working relationship with your colleagues and all other departments maintaining high levels of communication, team work and respect at all times.

**About You**
- Understanding of bar operations and luxury hospitality
- Previous serving experience is ideal
- Knowledge of POS system is ideal
- Fluent in English
- Great conversational skills
- Able to work as a team
- Positive outlook and outgoing personality.

**GENERAL**
