Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. This role involves providing excellent customer service in a lively hospitality environment, ensuring guests enjoy a memorable experience. The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality, possess good organisational skills, and have a friendly demeanour. Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided.

Duties

  • Serve drinks and beverages efficiently and courteously to customers
  • Take orders accurately and handle cash or card payments using the POS system
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area at all times
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and licensing regulations
  • Restock bar supplies and monitor stock levels regularly
  • Engage with customers to create a welcoming atmosphere
  • Assist in setting up and closing down the bar at the start and end of shifts
  • Handle customer enquiries professionally and resolve any issues promptly

Requirements

  • Previous experience in hospitality, food safety, or restaurant environments is advantageous
  • Strong serving skills with a focus on excellent customer service
  • Good understanding of basic maths for handling transactions and change
  • Ability to manage time effectively during busy periods
  • Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanour
  • Ability to work well within a team and independently when required
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or during peak hours as needed
  • A willing to learn and adapt in a dynamic setting

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.21-£12.50 per hour
