Twenty4Seven Education is looking for an experienced and passionate teaching assistant to work in this lovely primary school located in Caerphilly. They are looking for a Teaching Assistant to work on a one-to-one basis with a pupil with speech and language difficulties supporting them in their everyday learning and development.

They are looking for a passionate and dedicated teaching assistant to provide support for a pupil with speech and language difficulties.

**The Role**

**As a one-to-one SEN TA you will**:

- Work one-to-one with a pupil with speech and language difficulties
- Assist the pupil in accessing the curriculum
- Assist pupil in making progress academically, socially, and personally
- Get to know the pupil and learn how to support them further in the best way possible
- Support the classroom teacher and work with small groups of pupils
- Will be patient, enthusiastic, and approachable
- Will have experience working within an educational setting
- Will have an understanding of how to support children with SEN
- Will have a good command of the English language
- 3 Months minimum of experience in relevant roles
- Teaching Assistant qualifications are also desirable but not essential

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract

Pay: £65.00-£75.00 per day

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Caerphilly, Caerphilly: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Special education: 1 year (preferred)
