The Waterloo Hotel is looking to add a new member to the team

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Security of the hotel overnight
- Assisting guests with queries they may have.
- Ensuring an effective hand over to the day team
- Check and maintain cleanliness of the venue by undertaking regular cleaning task
- Problem solving - knowing when to escalate to management and how to communicate solutions to guests effectively.
- Adhering to all health and safety regulations
- Conduct regular floor walks and security checks of fire exits and public areas, reporting any irregularities to the manager on duty.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 16 per week

**Salary**: £7.49-£10.42 per hour
