**OVERVIEW -**
Are you a night owl with a passion for delivering exceptional guest service? Coldra Court Hotel, part of the prestigious Celtic Collection, is looking for a Night Porter to join our dedicated team and help us provide a seamless and welcoming experience for our guests throughout the night.

**OUR IDEAL HERO WILL HAVE -**
- A friendly, approachable personality with a passion for hospitality.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently during night shifts.
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to go the extra mile for guests.
- Good knowledge of the local area and attractions is a plus.
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential - full training will be provided.

- Delivering a warm and professional welcome to all guests arriving or departing during the night.
- Assisting with guest requests, including room service, luggage handling, and general enquiries.
- Conducting regular floor walks, fire safety checks, and maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of public areas.
- Supporting the Night Manager with operational duties and ensuring the hotel remains secure and guest-focused overnight.
- Completing the night porter checklist and ensuring meeting spaces and storerooms are tidy and well-maintained.
