Warehouse Team Leader for a well established manufacturer who are growing and unrivalled in their sector. They boast a great team environment within a company who truly invest in and value their staff.
Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating a small export team of circa 6 employees. You will oversee all picking and packing activities to ensure than customer orders are dispatched on time, in full. You will manage theteam to KPIs and motivate theM/Feedback on their activity. You will be responsible for stock management and maintain database records of all shipments.

The Export Team Leader Role:
*Responsible for coordinating the export team of circa 6 employees
*Overseeing all picking and packing activities
*Monitoring and working to KPIs
*Ensuring customer orders are dispatched on time, in full to a high quality standard
*Maintaining database for shipments
*Ensuring and championing H&S
*Monday to Friday DAYS.
The Export Team Leader:
*Can transfer from any warehouse, export or logistics background
*Will ideally have experience of leading, mentoring and coordinating teams
*Warehouse Team Leaders with previous experience working within the manufacturing sector will have a considerable advantage
*Must be computer literate
