Registrations Administrator
**Job Summary**
The main responsibilities of the post-holder will be to register patients accurately following detailed guidance and protocols. Input data from registration booklets; update record sharing and SCR preferences. Working closely with the recalls team to ensure baby registrations are actioned appropriately. This is a varied role, and it is important to prioritise the registrations team's workload daily.

- **General**:
- To support the registrations team and registration supervisor by completing new patient registrations
- Ensure all patient information, taken from the registration booklet is recorded with accuracy
- Monitor and action eConsult requests from patients, inputting information and assigning to the appropriate clinician
- Contact and register patients who are out of the Practice catchment area
- Assist with patient medical records movement, preparing patients records for when they are sent to the Health Authority
- Cull medical records prior to summarising
- Monitor task groups and take appropriate actions
- Take professional pride in the quality of your work and contribute to a positive and supportive team
- To attend and contribute to staff meetings and development meetings constructively
- Process, scan and index incoming post
