**The Contact Centre Executive Role**:

- You will speak to a range of different customers through inbound calls.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills
- Chat to customers about their enquiries e.g. lost and stolen cards, balance and transfer requests, forgotten pin numbers
- Use your listening skills to speak to each customer and find out their individual needs
