Our sister hotel is the award-winning 4-star **Peak Edge Hotel**, a luxury boutique hotel nestled on the edge of Derbyshire’s Peak District National Park located 10 minutes’ drive from Chesterfield Town Centre.

**Duties and responsibilities**

Duties will include taking food and drinks orders and preparing drinks orders including cocktail preparation.

You will:

- Assist the bar supervisors
- Be able to work independently and on your own initiative
- **Be over the age of 18**
- Have a flexible approach to working hours
- Be smart and well presented
- Be a champion of hygiene, cleanliness and brand standards
- Be proud of the service you deliver
- Be keen to learn and develop your skills

- Have an abundance of energy for going that extra mile for both our guests and your colleagues
- Be knowledgeable and confident discussing our full range of beverage offerings and be able to identify opportunities, where appropriate for customers which may sit outside of our main beverage offerings
- **Knowledge of cocktail presentation, wines and spirits is preferred but full training will be given**_

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £12.59 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 30 per week
