**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately
- Serve food and beverages promptly
- Provide menu recommendations and upsell specials
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on them regularly
- Assist with food preparation when needed
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining area and workstations
- Handle guest payments efficiently

**Skills**:

- Proficient in basic maths for handling transactions
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of culinary practices to assist with food preparation
- Strong guest service orientation with a desire to help and accommodate guests
- Ability to upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience
- Understanding of food safety standards and procedures
- Hospitality mindset with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Familiarity with kitchen operations for seamless coordination

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £9.32-£9.80 per hour

Expected hours: 1 - 40 per week
