Multi Trade Operative

We are looking for a full-time Multi Skilled Tradesperson to join our team of experienced builders and tradespeople due to a new 10 year contract.
- General maintenance works
- Patch plastering/ dry wall
- kitchen and bathroom
- carpentry
- painting and decorating
- tiling
- property repair and maintenance
- plumbing
Our customer base is mainly local councils, housing associations, Letting Agents to home maintenance and residential house extensions and conversions.
We are looking for someone who is hardworking with a can-do attitude, punctual, well presented, with a friendly attitude, the ability to work on their own and as part of a team and is happy to muck in.
We are based in Coventry, but you will be required to work in different areas within Coventry within a 25 mile radius.
Normal working hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm (approx 40 hours per week) - but flexibility maybe required occasionally.
A driver's licence, own transport and own tools are essential.
You will be taken on via a self-employed basis on the CIS scheme
The hourly rate is dependent on experience but will be between £34-40k per annum.
