Position Overview Enjoy a long-term, self-employed role with a company van and fuel card working for a respected and well-established Housing association based in the Coventry area. This Multi Trade Operative role offers £22-23 per hour with the opportunity of joining the team on a permanent basis. You'll be working for a major housing association in the Coventry area, known for providing long-term opportunities and a strong team environment. This is an organisation where you’ll be valued for your contribution and given stability in your role as a Multi Trade Operative. Who we are looking for I would love to see CVs from anyone who has worked as a Multi Trade Operative or in a similar background of plumbers, carpenters or trade operatives. As a Multi Trade Operative you will be: Conducting reactive repairs within customer’s homes Dealing with emergency repairs Routine repairs Responding to prearranged repair appointments Using a wide range of trades on a day to day basis I’d love to speak to anyone who has: Experience in a core trade of carpentry, plumbing or plastering Driving licence (clean) Excellent communication skills and a customer focus Social housing experience The role is offering the following benefits: Use of a company vehicle Weekly pay (CIS payments available) Long-term work Potential for full-time employment if desired This role is offering £23 per hour. Location and travel Based in Coventry, this role is easily accessible from surrounding areas including Nuneaton, Leicester, Bedworth and Rugby.
