Love ManyPets. **About the Opportunity**: Given this big change in how we operate, we are looking for a Group Head of Compliance to manage the regulatory responsibilities of our parent company (Many Group Ltd) and our Group committees. You'll work closely with our country compliance teams in the UK, Sweden and the USA and partner closely with our stakeholders at all levels, and all departments. You'll have plenty of scope to build great relationships and engage with all sorts of people in our varied internal teams We know that becoming an operational insurance holding group will take some time and we envisage that for the first six months at least your work as Group Head of Compliance will not be full time as you get to know the business and set up a group compliance programme. During this period, we will be looking for you to support our Legal team with our insurance contracts, such as binding authority and reinsurance. The role will report to our General Counsel (as Group Head of Compliance) with a dotted line to our Senior Legal Counsel for anything that falls Into Legal. **Your Focus**: - Delivering our Group global compliance programme spanning: our board, audit and risk committee and remuneration committee. - Working closely with our heads of compliance in the UK, Sweden and the USA and external regulatory advisers; to deliver a joined-up global team and approach. - Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating our insurance-related contracts in conjunction with the Senior Legal Counsel and any external advisers we're working with. - Drafting, implementing, and managing all new policies, procedures, and reports for Environmental, Social and Governance ("ESG") compliance. - Submitting all information necessary to meet statutory and regulatory requirements on time to the appropriate Committees, Boards, and external bodies. - Horizon scanning and proactively advising the business on best practices and liaising with country compliance heads on latest changes in regulatory requirements. - Providing advice, guidance and insight to management and staff regarding new/emerging compliance issues. - Building and maintaining great working relationships with all levels of stakeholders - that will help us to have sight and manage regulatory and legal risk. - Working closely with (and where appropriate) escalating matters to the General Counsel or Senior Legal Counsel as needed. **What Leads to Success**: Here are some of the individual skills we know will enable you to succeed in this position.
