**Here’s what you’ll be responsible for as Senior Shopper Strategist**

Shopper has seen a real shift since the pandemic arrived. This has resulted in changing shopping habits, which has allowed big FMCG brands to have more confidence and deliver long term strategic and tactical campaigns to global retailers both in-store and online.

As our work continues to evolve in this space we’re looking for a hands on, dedicated strategist to take the reigns on several major FMCG accounts and help grow existing relationships, as well as open new doors and growth opportunities within the exciting and fluid new worlds of omni-channel commerce.

The role will have a strategic focus on long term FMCG clients plus projects that come via the network or new business opportunities.

**Here’s what we’re looking for: Key experience and cred**entials**

As part of your role as senior strategist on the FMCG business at Momentum we're looking for someone who understands the key areas of our clients business and can deliver:

- Experience across FMCG, delivering strategic creative work for both FMCG & B2B brands, below the line. This includes experiential (in and out of store), social amplification, on pack promos, retailer engagement etc.
- Ideally worked on both global and local shopper campaigns.
- An understanding of and experience of working with UK retailers.
- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and agency colleagues at all levels
- Solid written and verbal communication skills in English, with good working knowledge of Excel & PowerPoint in particular
- Experience in presenting to clients either in pitch situations or long term retained clients, providing strategic recommendations to grow their brands and business.
- Experience in measuring success of campaigns and ROI
- The ability to interrogate the brief, provide strategic recommendations and insights to direct the creative team
