**Overview**

This role is ideal for fresh graduates and students who are eager to start their careers in customer service. We provide a **1-month paid training program** to equip you with all the tools, software, and CRM systems needed to succeed.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Ability to remain professional, patient, and positive under pressure.
- Quick learner with an adaptable and problem-solving mindset.
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new tools/software.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
- Adapt to different customer needs and ensure a positive experience with every interaction.
- Prior customer service or BPO experience is a plus, but **freshers and students are encouraged to apply**.
- Must successfully clear the interview and background checks.
