About the job
We are looking to recruit a Service Advisor to work at our Leeds Site.
The ability to work as part of a team of Service Advisors in a busy, fast past and rewarding environment. Customer focus, relationship maintenance and communication skills are of paramount importance in this role. As a Service Advisor your duties will include dealing with all customers in a professional and prompt manner, portraying a positive first impression of the Service Department. Advising Customers on technical queries and issues they may have, you will be first point of contact for booking in vehicles into the workshop for work to be carried out informing customer of the progress of their vehicle.
To maintain a presentable appearance and hygiene, ensuring that work wear is regularly cleaned.
You must hold a current valid clean driving licence.
Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm and 1 in 3 Saturday mornings
