An Organisational Development Lead to advise & lead on a variety of organisational strategy and organisational structure topics. Managing a team that look after talent, leadership, performance and Organisational Development This role needs depth of experienceacross OD, HR Generalist activities, change and project management.

**Description**
- Advise and act as a thought-partner on a variety of organisational strategy, organisational structure, HR & culture topics
- Manage a team of Talent, Leadership, Performance and Organisational Development specialists
- Strengthening the People Management capability across the business
- Leading cultural change programmes, such as hybrid working and inclusive team environments
- Developing the talent philosophy, improving their ability to identify, develop and retain critical talent
- Leading the annual performance evaluation and promotion cycles.
- Growing the Organisational Development consultancy portfolio
- Partnering with senior leaders on strategic growth opportunities through M&A activity, new geographic location set up, or spin off company set ups

**Profile**
- An established OD/Talent expert with experience of having been a Head of HR or HR Business Partner
- Extensive experience creating and implementing people related change programmes
- It is essential to have experience within high growth, scale up organisations
- Organisational development and design experience, you are able to lead teams from diagnostic through to a roadmap for delivery
- Knowledge of HR topics and practices, and ideally you will also have some understanding of organisational psychology
