Lead Microsoft 365 Specialist

**Job Summary**
**What is the opportunity?**
As a Technical Lead, you will work closely with business and technology stakeholders and will have responsibility for the enhancement, maintenance, and 3rd line support of the Microsoft 365 platform
**What will you do?**
Specifically, you will have responsibility for, and a solid understanding of:
- Windows 11 and Enterprise Mobility & Security - AutoPilot, Intune, MDM, Hybrid AD, Defender, etc
- Microsoft Exchange Online configuration, and enhancement using best practice
- Microsoft Teams administration, and enhancement using best practice
- Microsoft 365 and Azure Active Directory Administration
- Office 365 Advanced Threat Protection and Security & Compliance Centre expertise
- Subject matter expert for all Microsoft 365 & Azure services
- Microsoft 365 and Azure release processes (implementing CIS benchmarks)
