City Health Care Partnership (CHCP) have an exciting opportunity for an experienced M365 Specialist to work across the Humber region to support the transformation of the way the Microsoft 365 services are used in our business, clinical services, and the NHS across the region.

The role will be office based and primarily work between the CHCP Business support centre in Hull and N3i headquarters in Hessle, with flexible home working on occasions available. The use of a suitable vehicle for work purposes and the ability to travel between sites for customer support and meetings is essential.

Key Skills/Experience
Microsoft 365 and Azure AD administration
SharePoint data management - including crossover with Azure Information Protection, Data Leakage Policies (DLP), etc.
Teams Administration
Data and information governance - retention policies, GDPR etc.
Office365 Advanced Threat Protection (ATP) and Security and Compliance Centre
Excellent communicator at all levels, across both IT and Business stakeholders and teams
Good grasp of IT Service Management and IT Operational Frameworks (e.g. ITIL)
Providing training and business communications to drive change
Cloud Product Owner/Cloud Specialist/M365 Product Owner/M365/Senior Cloud Consultant/Senior O365 Engineer/Office 365 Specialist/Infrastructure Engineer/Infrastructure Specialist/Senior Windows Engineer/Office 365 Engineer/Unified Communications Engineer/Unified Communications Analyst
Be able to develop and implement new policies and procedures
