**An exciting new opportunity to be joining our B2B Public Relations Team in our Head Office.**

**Role Overview**:
**The role will be engaging in PR activity initially for our Retail and Leisure divisions as well as selected UK regions.**

**This role sits with the B2B PR team, servicing commercial real estate divisions across the UK.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Planning and implementing press campaigns for properties and projects
- Building and maintaining strong relationships across the print, broadcast and digital media landscape (property, retail, leisure and news) and adhering to deadlines.
- Securing widespread coverage in relevant regional, trade and national press in the UK and, where appropriate, internationally.
- Coordinate with Savills research team on content generation for Retail, Leisure and selected regions.
- Working closely with the wider PR and Communications team
- Collaborating with and providing content to the Social Media team
- Distribution of relevant stories to teams and divisions.
- Identifying areas of opportunity and collaboration across the business to support PR strategy for relevant teams.
- Media Monitoring and documenting/reporting.
- Assisting with reporting for teams and divisions.

**You must be results driven with a passion for improving engagement and delivering relevant news.**

**Key Skills**:

- Minimum three years’ PR experience
- Must have excellent and proven copywriting / content creation skills
- The ability to identify stories / recognise topical issues and themes affecting the real estate market.
- Ability to work with and report to a number of different stakeholders across the business.
- Must be a self-starter, able to manage own workload and have a sound judgement
- Previous experience in property PR an advantage.
