Sales Executive
- £25K Basic Salary + Uncapped commission structure

What’s the opportunity?

Are you an ambitious, client focused and experienced Sales Executive on the hunt for an exciting and new rewarding challenge?

Starting salary of £25,000 per annum + uncapped commission and performance bonus. OTE of £50,000.

What’s the job?

You would be responsible for your own sales account, including reaching out to potential clients to track down potential business opportunities and managing the end-to-end client onboarding within your portfolio for our various financial services on offer.

This means having complete autonomy within your role, we trust that you will be able to manage your own time effectively to enhance your own client portfolio.

We offer an excellent compensation scheme additional to the basic salary and annual performance bonus, whereby employees are recognised and rewarded based on their contribution to the business.

If successful, you will be provided with thorough product support and training on our range of services on offer, to set you up for long-term success within our company.

Key to our business structure is ensuring that everyone is a winner - our clients, our people and our company, which is why our Sales function is vital to our success.

Main responsibilities:

- Generating business opportunities via contacting and following up on leads leads via to promote and sell our products and services via cold-calling, networking and social sales
- Set up meetings with potential clients and design bespoke packages
- Organising your own work schedule to manage your client relationships
- Negotiate and objection handling for onboarding customers
- Effective client relationship management to maintain sustainable business
- Achieving daily sales and revenue objectives in line with monthly targets
- Working collaboratively across our team to enable ongoing learning and self development

What we’re looking for:

- Preferably educated to degree level
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong social skills / experience managing client relations
- Demonstrated leadership skills and strong passion for sales
- Target driven and self-motivated individual
