**Job Summary**

**Duties**

1. **Market Research and Analysis**:

- Analyze the consultancy’s market position, including competitor assessments and customer perceptions.
- Understand specific academic challenges faced by international students.

2. **Strategic Development**:

- Advise on tailored marketing strategies for our consultancy services to reach diverse clients.
- Assist in re-launching services to align with the evolving needs of international students.

3. **Advertising Strategies**:

- Design and implement advertising campaigns focused on academic appeals and misconduct navigation.
- Identify optimal channels, such as digital marketing and partnerships with educational institutions.

4. **Brand Positioning**:

- Work with internal teams to refine our commercial image, emphasizing our commitment to international student success.
- Develop messaging that articulates our services and positions us as a trusted academic partner.

5. **Performance Evaluation**:

- Monitor and analyze marketing initiatives, providing insights to enhance effectiveness.
- Prepare reports on campaign outcomes and customer engagement metrics to guide future efforts.

**Qualifications**:

- Master/ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations or a related field.
- Proven experience in developing and executing marketing and advertising strategies.
- Strong understanding of market research methodologies and customer perception analysis.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data to guide strategic decisions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in Chinese and English, with a focus on collaboration and creativity.
- Experience in the UK's higher education service (Preferable).

Pay: £39,500.00 per year
