Medical Secretary

The Medical Secretary’s role is to provide a full administrative and comprehensive secretarial service to the Consultants and their teams.
Act as a point of contact and liaise with all medical staff, patients, relatives, GP and any support services.
Administer and arrange Consultant’s schedule which can include changing clinics at short notice and arranging meetings.
All employees of the Trust are required to demonstrate and embed the Values and Behaviour Statements in order for them to become an integral part of the post holder’s working life and to embed the principles into the culture of the organisation.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
