- Weighing, Mixing, Transporting, Kneading, Dividing, Moulding, Scoring, Proving, Baking, Steaming, Cooking, Cooling, Filling, Portioning, Finishing, Decorating, Cutting, Picking, Packing, Delivering.
- Cleaning of work areas, desk and equipment.
- Report any equipment damage or anomalies immediately to a manager.
- Assist in development of new products and make any trial products on request.
- Any other reasonable request from a manager or director. *Personal Attributes* The role holder must consistently adopt a professional and confident approach to their work. They must be a self-motivated team player who demonstrates commitment, adopts a flexible, positive and proactive approach, and able to demonstrate tenacity, and assume accountability for their work. The role holder must have the ability to work unsupervised with good time management skills in order to meet the production requirement. Flexibility to cover Sunday shifts required.
