**Customer Assistant Part time - 11 Hours**

As a Customer Assistant your role is to primarily ensure customer satisfaction and service by serving customers and promptly and efficiently.

Putting your customers' needs at the heart of everything you do, you'll focus on delivering a timely, professional face to face service. Ensuring that all areas of the forecourt are in a good condition, you'll represent the company in a positive fashion at all times through maintaining a high standard of dealing with any customer queries courteously and speedily. You'll also be responsible for keeping the department clean and tidy, ensuring all the shelves are stocked and remove any out of date/ damaged stock and ensuring all security procedures are adhered to.

**For Insurance purposes you must be over the age of 18 to serve fuel**

With previous experience in a customer service / retail environment, you’ll be accurate with superb attention to detail and possess the confidence and communication skills that inspires trust in colleagues and customers alike.

**This position is part time covering 11 hours per week**
