Park Group is a manufacturer of adhesive labels and reel fed print supplying clients in the UK and Europe. We run from three sites based in Honiton and currently have positions available within our fast-paced commercial office.

Main Duties to Include:

- Answering in-bound calls from clients both new and existing, with regards to orders and general enquiries.
- Issuing customers with Pro-forma/Invoices, order acknowledgments.
- Liaise with production to ensure delivery dates are met.
- Maintain all customer records are updated and accurate within the MIS system.
- Critical Qualities: Possess excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Computer literate - with good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Accurate and has an eye for detail.
- Enthusiasm to learn new skills and ability to grasp large amounts of product information.
- Ability to work on own initiative as well as a larger team.
- Providing estimates for clients.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00 per year
