GMC Services International (GMCSI) has delivered services across the UK and the rest of the world to improve patient safety since 2017. GMCSI is a wholly owned subsidiary of the General Medical Council (GMC), a world leading professional healthcare regulator. GMCSI provides services based on the regulatory expertise of the GMC and that represent its core organisational values of integrity, excellence, collaboration, fairness, and transparency.

The Board meets in London four times a year, although additional meetings may be arranged at the discretion of the Chair. Fees and expenses will be paid for attending meetings.

Your broad business acumen will have been gained in an executive or non-executive role, ideally with an understanding of trading subsidiaries of a charity and/or regulator. You will have the ability to think and act strategically, influence others and consider the bigger picture as well as the detail. Your expertise will be vital for ensuring that the company remains focused on its mission, objectives and strategy and that performance is on track.
