**The role has OTE potentials of over £500pw extra Depending on success of upselling and work put into role.**
**£8.91ph for 24hr contract + £100 per month Omni ownership payment + OTE earning potential**

**Thursday, Friday & Saturday 7pm to 3am**

**Job Description**:
Electronic/Digital Host

You will be our OmniChannel Advocate/Ambassador in Casino. Aiding the General Manager and wider team in delivering our targets for online conversion and play. You will need passion for speaking with customers and delivering training to different departments. We need someone who can be a Host to our new and existing players, delivering exceptional customer experiences and upselling our digital business alongside helping us retain our amazing customers.

You will be a host in the true sense of the word, working hard to create a fun and engaging atmosphere exceeding our guests expectations.

You will;
To support the General Manager in delivery of Omnichannel KPIs, specifically resulting in the acquisition and retention of new and active multichannel customers both in venue and online
- To be the point of contact in venue for any Omnichannel activity
- To ensure processes and practices are in place relating to omnichannel customer journeys and experiences
- To ensure venue customers are engaged with our omnichannel products and offers
- To support and engage our team members in the delivery of Omnichannel activity through training, support and in venue communications
- To champion the benefits of our omnichannel offer in your venue with customers and team members
- To engage with both the venue team and the Leadership Team to aid communication and understanding of the digital business on all levels

**Qualifications**:

Excellent communication skills, confident to speak to customers and upsell complete registrations to new members.**:

Sales skills required**
- Cover all aspects of electronic gaming, reception and online. Must have an outgoing personality and available to work through a 24hr business
- Positive attitude
- Experience of working successfully in a hospitality or Sales role
- Knowledge of and passion for electronic gaming
- Fanatical about delivering unrivalled customer experience
- Ability to collaborate with the wider business
- Sound communication skills
- Comfortable with change and ability to embrace new ways of working

Additional Information

Part time role (24hr contract, although extra hours can be worked)**:

Shift pattern predominantly is Thursday, Friday & Saturday 7pm to 3am.**:

£8.91ph with £1ph premium rate for hours worked after midnight**:

£100 per month extra for Omnichanel ownership**:

OTE up to £500 per week for Omnichanel conversions**
