**Job Purpose**
You will help maximise plant efficiency by ensuring maintenance of machinery, buildings, utility systems and facility equipment is carried out in accordance with quality, HSE and other established procedures and standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure that preventive & corrective maintenance work is scheduled & carried out. - Prioritise work.
- Diagnose equipment problems, determine repair needs & implement fixes.
- Collaborate with colleagues to schedule maintenance activities to minimise production disruptions.
- Ensure all corporate/regulatory policies, procedures & regulations are followed.
- Oversee work of external contractors when required.
- Identify continuous improvement projects to improve efficiency & reduce costs.

**Job Requirements**
- NVQ Level 3 in an engineering discipline. - Experience of planning & scheduling maintenance activities in a production/process environment.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Computer literate.
