**Job**: Workforce Information Officer - Band 5
**Contract**: 9 months
**Hours**: 37.5 hours a week

**Pay**: 15.74
**Must have**:

- Electronic Staff record programme experience
- Strong computer experience analysing and interpreting and presenting vast quantities of date
- Knowledge of GDPR and data protection
**Expected to**:

- Maintain establishment control
- Take lead in development of regular, timely workforce
- Provide workforce information to HR staff
- Assist providing reports
- Build and maintain work relationships across the business

**Mandatory**:

- Attend mandatory training in safeguarding children and adults
- Familiarising yourself with the trusts processes for reporting concern
- Reporting any safe guarding child or adult concerns appropriately

**Main duties**:

- Ensure all organisation data and attributes reflect agreed organisational hierarchies
- To carry out creation, amendment and deletion of positions and other associated changes in Relation to work structures
- Ensure protocols are followed
- Assist in regular establishment reconciliation to ensure Vacancy information taken accuratly and up to date
- Highlight work structures data quality issues, identify the causes of these, and purpose solutions to overcome these
- Keep all logs as associated spreadsheets up to date so that establishment control and workforce planning monitoring processes are maintained
- Keep all system reporting and processes up to date

- In date British passport OR full birth certificate paired with a driving license or provisional
