Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week, days based role
Graduate Controls Engineer position available within a well-established and leading global manufacturing specialist in their industry. They offer the opportunity of training and development and progression routes to more senior roles.
The role would suit graduates with software, programming or electrical engineering related backgrounds. This is an opportunity to progress into a controls engineer role with a focus on attaining world class manufacturing tools and techniques. Full trainingand development will be provided and work towards professional registration standards of the recognised engineering Council body. The key is a drive to learn and develop. You must have good verbal and written communication and be confident in seeing out strategicprocesses.
The role will involve working alongside a highly skilled and small team to identify and develop bespoke controls to client specification. You will work across all stages of the process, from software and design to programming and testing. You will be anintegral part of a team who will be implementing upgrades and modifications. You will be involved in creating, developing and rolling out the designs to the production team.

Graduate / Junior Controls Engineer:
*Would suit graduates with software, programming or electrical engineering related backgrounds
*Ideally be degree educated or equivalent
*Will ideally want to progress to a controls engineer.
*Eexperience in PLCs, SCADA, HMI or Flow Computers will be highly advantageous
*Experience in Python, C, C++, C# or JavaScript will also be highly advantageous
