Are you an administrator, with a background in distribution at the top of your game?
- We're looking for someone to join our team at Wednesbury, 4 days per week, that can support our Distribution Department in delivering a professional service that meets the needs of our customers and the business.

**Key Accountabilities and Measures**
- Working 4 days per week (Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday) starting at 0730-1530
- To create and maintain Secondary rota sheets for all drivers
- To manage all vehicle availability and allocation to routes
- To facilitate the collection of driver data and records to ensure compliance with Transport Operators Regulations i.e. licence checks, Tacho download
- To collect defect reporting sheets and liaise with 3rd party service suppliers to support on-going fleet maintenance
- To organise and provide admin support for distribution training and development activities, in order to ensure they are effectively monitored
- Supporting with completion of DPRA's
- Giving Team Managers support with H&S admin tasks
- Supporting Team Managers with completion of SOP's

**Essential Ingredients**
- Previous experience in a secretarial or site administration role supporting a number of individuals
- Systems: Knowledge of SAP; fully proficient in the use of Microsoft Office packages with a willingness to learn and expand IT skills when required
- Excellent organisation and time management skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Works using own initiative in a systematic and organised manner prioritising and managing own workload
- Excellent communication skills.
