**Position Overview**:
The Procurement Administrator will be a vital part of the Finance Department, focusing on the effective management of the organization’s procurement processes. This role supports the seamless operation of procurement activities, ensuring compliance, cost efficiency, and strategic sourcing align with the company’s financial objectives. The Procurement Administrator will be instrumental in enhancing procurement operations and aligning them with the company’s strategic goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and oversee the procurement process, ensuring efficient and seamless purchasing operations.
- Maintain and develop a strong and robust contract management and onboarding environment.
- Collaborate with the Finance Department to align procurement activities with budgetary constraints and financial plans.
- Ensure compliance with internal control requirements and other relevant procurement standards.
- Support the Finance Department during audits by providing necessary procurement documentation and information.
- Communicate effectively with various stakeholders within the organization to ensure alignment with procurement policies and objectives.
- Propose and implement process improvements and standardization initiatives within the procurement function.
- Assist in ad hoc projects and initiatives aimed at transforming and optimizing procurement operations.

**Requirements**:

- Relevant experience in procurement or supply chain management within a finance department or similar environment, preferably between 3-5 years.
- Experience in managing procurement operations across multiple jurisdictions is desirable.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are
essential
