**The role**

We need someone to work alongside the Finance manager to:
Perform day to day accounting tasks such as creating and entering invoices, sorting and coding expenses and reconciling accounts.

Process, pay and issue invoices and follow up with clients, suppliers and partners as needed.

Provide admin support to the finance manager to maintain and update financial records and accurately budget and reforecast.

Assist in the preparation of financial reports.

Collect info and support the processing of employee payroll.

Attend department and company wide virtual and face to face meetings.

Provide cover for finance manager when not available.

**About you**

Experience of working in a finance, accounting or budget management environment

Able to work with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

Experience of working with Xero and excel

Payroll experience

Excellent organisational and communication skills

Strong written and verbal communication

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Ability to work to deadlines

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From £27,000.00 per year
