**Finance Business Partner**

T2M resourcing are recruiting Business Partner for a major group in the West Midlands. Reporting to the Head of Finance this is a great opportunity for a Finance Business Partner or Management Accountant who thrives in an environment where they are activelyencouraged to challenge 'the norm' and drive initiatives to improve business performance. You will fully utilise you financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and analytical skills in a fast-paced environment.

**Your challenge**

This is a fast-moving business, and we seek a qualified accountant who thrives in an environment where you will be directly supporting the business operations (Finance Business Partnering) to achieve the budgeted profit for each location and as a region.You will need to be able to deliver monthly financial results and analysis to non-finance management, get involved in contract pricing negotiations with customers and produce the annual budget with regular reforecasts. Whilst accounts preparation and financetransaction processes are managed by a central shared services finance team, this is very much a hands in role where you will fully utilise your technical accounting skills and commercial acumen to the full.

**To be successful as Finance Business Partner you will have the following qualifications, skills and attributes**:

- This role is ideally suited to a qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA etc.) with experience of working in a large company and has the confidence and commercial acumen to become a valued and influential 'go to person' for finance business support.
- Strong educational background ideally educated to Degree level.
- Possess strong financial reporting and analysis skills with the ability to quickly identify issues / variances and resolve them.
- Previous experience (post qualification) of working as a Finance Business Partner, Management Accountant or similar role where you have supported (and challenged) the operation business management team. The ability to present financial information in away that non-finance managers will understand is essential
- Be confident presenting information at regional management meetings and to attend customer meetings and be actively involved in pricing negotiation
- You need to be a self-starter who can work both independently as part of a team in a corporate environment
